Liquidity Services, Inc. ("LSI"), operator of http://secondipity.com, ("Secondipity") wants you to know that we take your privacy very seriously. We log your IP address, browser type, access times, and referring site to help diagnose potential problems with our server, and to administer our website. Your IP address is used to gather broad demographic information. Our log files are tied to your user ID, but are not tied to personally identifiable information (i.e., your first and last name combined with date of birth, social security number, alien registration number, driver license or passport number, or credit card information).

Our site uses cookies to keep track of your user account. Our site's checkout requires users to give us contact information such as their name and email address. During the transaction process, financial information (credit card or bank information) is collected from the buyer to pay for the transaction. In addition the site will collect address information from the buyer to facilitate shipping of the goods. This address information may be exchanged with our third party shipping partners to manage the shipment of the goods from seller to buyer. Secondipity has security measures in place to protect the loss, misuse and alteration of the information under our control. This includes customers adding data to the web site, and employees transmitting data off the web site. No information, including the passwords that would give access to sensitive information ever flows over the Internet un-encrypted.
